PREFERED PARKING (OPTIONAL, BUT ALWAYS ACCOMPANIED BY A TICKET) COST: €15 one day, €20 weekend (a QR code will be received). Exclusively for cars and motorcycles.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

– QR ticket valid from your mobile phone, redeemable only once in exchange for one wristband.
– Wristband mandatory throughout the event. Broken, damaged or tampered wristbands are not allowed.
– The organization may modify the date or location for organizational reasons, giving advance notice.
– Children up to and including 10 years old, enter for free (no ticket required). Documents proving their age is a must.
– The validity of the ticket is below the QR.
– In the event of cancellation attributable to the organization, the amount is refunded except for handling fees.
– No changes or refunds of tickets are allowed. Buy only on official websites. Resale prohibited.
– Access with animals, glass bottles, dangerous objects or alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
In the event of cancellation of the event once it has started, for reasons beyond the control of the organization (such as severe weather conditions, force majeure or similar circumstances), no refund of the ticket amount will be made.

 IMAGE RIGHTS:

With this purchase you expressly declare and accept that your image may be captured and recorded during the event, you agree, from this moment, free of charge and definitively to the promoters of the event, all the image rights that you have over them. You also accept that you can be flown over with aircraft (drones) of the organization and that you will be aware of the flight operation during the event. You assign exclusively to VolRace Company S.L. your image rights derived from your presence at the event (in perpetuity) for its exploitation through any means or support and for any purpose, including commercial/promotional purposes. Photographs or recordings obtained with your media (mobile phones, cameras, etc.) may not be used for commercial, promotional or any other purpose (except for private use) without prior consent.
